The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the location was just steps from the Parkway, making dining and entertainment easy. Rooms were clean, but breakfast left a bit to be desired, and the coffee could definitely use an upgrade. Still, the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

After checking in, I found the room quite spacious and clean. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to attractions. I loved the indoor pool. It was warm, which made our stay more enjoyable, especially since the kids were excited about swimming after a day of exploring. The breakfast selection had a decent spread with eggs and sausage. However, I wished there were more options. The dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. our key cards didn't work multiple times. I also noticed some dirty spots on the floors that could use more attention. Despite some minor inconveniences, the friendly staff made a difference during our stay. Overall, I would say it met most of our needs and provided a good value for the price.

The location offers easy access to attractions, making it convenient for quick adventures. Spacious rooms with two queen beds provide plenty of space for families. Handy amenities like a microwave and refrigerator for late-night snacks.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. I found unmade beds and dirty floors that made the whole experience feel rushed. There were also serious shortages in towels and housekeeping services, which can be frustrating especially when you’re looking to unwind. The indoor pool doesn't maintain a comfortable temperature, often feeling hotter than expected, and the lack of available towels during our entire stay added to the inconvenience.

The kids loved the pools. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. Staff provided helpful customer service during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location close to attractions!
